Politics aside

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A POLITICAL ENTRY...

There is an older guy who lives up the road from my family and me. He has two dogs (they are a smaller breed, not sure what they are though). Everyday, a couple of times a day; he takes the dogs out for a walk presumably for exercise and bladder and bowel relief. I don't know if I should feel privileged or not that every time they are out, they somehow end up on my front lawn. I don't mind that they use my front lawn as a toilet; it's absolutely nothing special in terms of landscaping or quality of grass. My problem is the guy never carries a poop scoop. I have a two year old who plays in the yard and I also mow my lawn once a week (typically). We have both come across dogshit in the yard on several occasions. My vindictive (and immature) side immediately starts thinking of all of the nasty things that I could do to his yard to get the message across that I don't appreciate him not cleaning up after his dogs. I could go and relieve myself on his lawn, but that would get me arrested. I could also take diapers with me on the way to work in the morning and hurl them out my car window into his yard on the way by, but that too could get me into trouble with the law. Maybe I'll just ask him to stop being a douchebag.
