Addendum to last night's post...

Another thing that I am sick of...
14. The Saw movies. I just saw that they are coming out with part five (or Roman numeral V). Some things die really hard. I saw the first one. The one that was hyped up to be creative and scary as hell. I thought the premise was good and I enjoyed it. They should have cut it off there, though (no pun intended). Then, it would have gone down in history as an anomoly. There would have been some credibility there. A non-formulaic slasher/torture flick is a rarity these days now that filmmakers have sliced, diced, chopped, ripped, and carved people on film in every possible way with every possible instrument over the years. But, now it joins the ranks of Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elmstreet, Halloween, hell, even Police Academy in movie history as a franchise that had an enjoyable first movie (yes, I enjoyed the first Police Academy movie, don't judge me) but stuck around too long and became diluted.
SIDENOTE: I think that the new chocolate man AXE commercial is kind of funny...

I hope you were as bothered and felt as much anguish about a sixty year old rocky as you do about the V Saw. I can comment much because I have not and do not intend to see any of them. I would like to say that if you havent you should see the bourne movies. In my opinion, the best trilogy yet. Sorry all you star wars fans, although technically there are six star wars, but Matt Damon does a fantastic job the whole way through. And to resond to another of your blogs farther down the page as I am too lazy to leave two comments, gather the poop up in a wheel barrow or some instrument of moving that can afford to get a little doody on it, wait until it is full, and dump it on the guys drive way. That will get the message across. That or just ask him not to let his dogs drop their kids off at the play ground on your front lawn.
