Addendum to last night's post and a completely random thought

Editorial note: You have to read last night's post before reading this one or else I am just going to sound like an asshole.
Okay, so I have been thinking more and more about the flack that Obama has taken over the past few days since the election, so I am going to combat the unfair Wall Street criticism by making a few overblown claims in his favor.
1. In the past 6 days since last Tuesday, the gas prices in my area have dropped almost 20 cents. This is clearly a sign that Obama is following through on his campaign promise for relief at the pump BEFORE he even takes office.
2. I have not been the victim of an Anthrax attack or any other form of bio-terrorism in the last 6 days. Clearly a result of the Obama-Biden effect on this nation's foreign policy. THANKS GUYS!
3. I have seen signs around my town indicating that windmills will be built around here to provide cleaner energy. The fact that these signs have been up for months now is irrelevant. This action is clearly inspired by our president and vice president elect.
4. I have not been diagnosed with cancer of any kind in the last six days. Now, I know this is a stretch, but, I have to give credit to the Obamanator and Biden the Bruiser. Kicking cancer's ass since November 4th! Thanks again guys!

I was just flipping through the channels and I came across Hall and Oates' video for their 1981 hit "Private Eyes." The song tells me that Darryl Hall just hooked up with a woman that he doesn't really trust and he is going to use his "private eyes" to watch her carefully. The video tells another story though. Same back story, woman he doesn't trust, except in the video, Darryl Hall is apparently going to hire several private investigators (Private I's) to follow this woman around. Hmmm... does that come across as creepy to anyone else?
