Facebook is sucking my brain out of my head

Ok... I cannot peal myself away from Facebook. It is the single most addicting website/time waster of all time. I dare someone to challenge my opinion. I have been a member of Facebook for about 3 weeks now, and already I have corresponded with no less than 10 people that I have not heard from in over 10 years. There were a couple of people that I forgot even existed until their name popped up on my homepage saying that they requested my virtual friendship. FRIENDSHIP GRANTED! Maybe I am egotistical, but I have gotten a kick out of telling people my life story over and over again, just to let them know how much I have changed and how my life has gone into a COMPLETELY different direction than I was heading when we last spoke. I don't know why this gives me satisfaction.
Probably the most addicting aspect of Facebook (so far) has been Bowling Buddies. This app in which you are given a customizable (I use that term very loosely because it's not as if the possibilities are endless... on the contrary, they are extremely limited) character to challenge your friends to ten frames of bliss. It is absolutely nothing revolutionary. The game is laggy. The graphics are horrible. It sometimes takes a long time to load and sometimes it doesn't load at all so, you are left trying to bowl with "Collecting your friends' scores" written across the middle of your screen. It is the competitive nature of the game and the challenges that make it worthwhile. You can send challenges to your Facebook friends in a semi-taunting manner. "Come on... I know that you can't possibly beat my 176. ACCEPT MY CHALLENGE FOR BOWLING BUDDIES SUPREMACY." There is even a leader board. Trust me... you will seek that top spot relentlessly. Your friends, naturally, accept the challenge and before you know it, you have played 48 straight games, it is 11:32 at night, and you are writing in your blog about it. You are also pissed off because you missed all of your favorite shows. DAMN YOU FACEBOOK!

I told you that FB was better than the Space.

What I find most frustrating about Bowling Buddies is when I wake up in the morning to see my score of 229 being closed in on by who is know my biggest competition! I will prevail!
